We provide houses in The Colony (Northern Suburb of Dallas near Lewisville, Carrollton, Plano, & Frisco) that

Kitchen has upgraded sink and fixture, ceramic tile flooring, pull down recipe book rack, and raised panel cabinets. This picture is taken with while standing in the breakfast nook. Open floor plan to family room doesn't leave the chef feeling separated from the family while preparing meals!
Brightly lit breakfast nook with window seat and ceiling fan has its own set of cabinets for extra storage.

The foyer also has ceramic tile flooring which helps minimize the amount of dirt tracked onto your carpets. French doors lead to fourth bedroom (with built in closet) which could also be used as a den.
