We provide houses in The Colony (Northern Suburb of Dallas near Lewisville, Carrollton, Plano, & Frisco) that

Kitchen has new raised panel cabinets, smooth cook-top range, upgraded sink and fixture, new counter tops, ceramic tile flooring, and upgraded stainless steel tub dishwasher. This picture is taken with while standing in the breakfast nook. The plant shelf above the cabinets to the left separates the formal dining room from the kitchen. Note the ceramic tile backsplash to keep a clean and fresh look with plenty of countertop space and electrical outlets.

The backyard is enclosed with a stained wood fence. There are two gates in the fence, one leading to the side yard outside the kitchen window and the other to the driveway.
